Carriage Trade Public Auto Auction held their inaugural sale on May 21st of 1977 with a grand total of 35 vehicles. We just celebrated our 30th anniversary and sold over 400 vehicles in that sale alone!  Carriage Trade sells over 30,000 cars, trucks, boats and recreational vehicles a year, which makes it one of, if not, the largest public auto auction in America and maybe the world.

Vehicles are consigned from Financial Institutions, (banks and credit unions) as repossessions; new-car dealers trades; wholesale dealers; government seizures and forfeitures; and private individuals.
