We would like, with your cooperation, to make your experience's here pleasant. To ensure proper credit is extended, please fill out all information on the dealer application. An incomplete application will not be considered for approval.

We require the following documents be presented along with your completed application, before you begin buying or selling vehicles:

• DEALERS LICENSE
• DRIVER'S LICENSE OF OWNER AND ALL BUYERS
• SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS OF OWNER AND ALL BUYERS
• COPY OF CHECKS (if applying for check writing credit)
• PA DEALERS ONLY MUST HAVE A VEHICLE SALESPERSON'S LICENSE FOR OWNER AND ALL BUYERS
• OUT OF STATE DEALERS MUST HAVE PROOF OF OWNERSHIP FOR THEIR DEALERSHIP

Dealers applying for check writing privileges will be placed on a CASH ONLY BASIS until the bank letter is received. Carriage Trade accepts cash, cashier's checks, certified checks and treasurer's checks. We cannot accept drafts or money orders. We will make every effort to have your credit approved as soon as possible.

If at any time there is a change in your application, such as address, new buyers, terminated buyers or financial institution, please notify us in writing immediately. If you are sending a new buyer after your application is complete, you (the owner) must send a notarized letter and a copy of your dealer's license.
