REFUND POLICY

All deposits are non-refundable and all sales are considered final, unless the purchased vehicle has a verifiable mechanical defect, which is covered under the arbitration policy. (Please refer to company Policies and Procedures for a full explanation of the arbitration policy.) Any refunds due will be in the form of a company check from Carriage Trade and will not be in the form of a credit back to any debit card.
